A little late, I know.
It should at least be somewhat entertaining.
YouTube took it's sweet time processing it.

"We are all in the gutter, but some of us are looking at the stars."
90th post :o Wowza. And that quote is from Oscar Wilde. Yay.
So yeah, I'm really slacking on the whole commenting thing. I will try to do better next week.
Mel - Go Edgar Allen Poe. Go for piano lessons, cause the piano is so pretty <3 Go piano music. You're so lucky you'll get to meet John Green. And go to Seaworld.
Tyler - GRATS ON FINISHING PAPER TOWNS! At least you'll get to meet John Green. Damn, why don't you just drag someone to come along? At least you'll be surrounded by a bunch of fellow NFs. Wow, journalism and graphic design sound so fun. I hope you'll get those scolarships. And yay for Ugly Betty!
Bengi - YOU ARE SO LUCKY! Haha. Yes, that's all I have to say xD
Lysky - Ooh, have fun seeing The Academy Is. Have fun with the new computer. Your job doesn't sound too bad. Least there's nice music. It's off putting having to stay in a place with bad music.
Chelsea - Ooh, hope your paper went well. I remember being asked "Who wrote the Canterbury Tales?" in a team quiz and not knowing who wrote it. We hadn't even heard of the book, so we just put down "The pope?" And yay for
Sweeny Todd! The Cheshire Cat used to scare me so much as a kid. Hope you have fun on H'ween.
I don't have a lot to report really. Apart from I'm slightly upset at Mint for the new coin designs. Now we can't play heads or tails. We have to play heads or crest. Oh well. At least they're shiny. (The picture's kind of small here, but it's just nicked from the site).
And it's Halloween one week from today! Yay. What're you all doing for H'ween?
And a note on John Green books. I have only read LfA :( I have ordered Katherines but it won't come for ages. Sorry. Ordered? I meant pre-ordered. I don't even know what that means. But it won't come for agesss. AGES. Yeah. But hopefully one day I'll get my hands on Paper Towns.
Yeah, so this is short for once. Yay. A change is nice. Have a good weekend :)

Procrastinator Extraordinairre.
What time is it...9am? I've got a pretty serious paper due for my British Lit class in 3 and half hours.
You want to know how much of written?
Yep. You guessed it. Not a damn thing.
The problem is that I've already had 2 exams this week, and I think I've used up all the stress that was humanly possible for me. There's no stress left to motivate me to write this paper. Its a little upsetting, because I've got a pretty fun topic, (analyzing the Wife of Bath from Canterbury Tales and her use of sexual vocabulary. If you've read it, you know that's pretty hilarious), but I just can't find it in my to knock this thing out. I've been trying for days...just sitting in the library, staring at my computer screen, not doing anything productive, just writing crazy rants like this.
I think I may just be burned out. Even though I just came off of fall break not even 2 weeks ago, I just think this semester is rapidly catching up with me. I don't know what I'm going to do when finals week rolls around. Ugh. At least then I don't still have to go to class, too.
I think I've just got too much to keep up with. Exams, papers, classes, registration for spring, work, learning my lines, (off-book in a week?! yeah, right.) and, you know, trying to fit in eating and sleeping somewhere. Its a little insane. And having so much major stuff going on this week is making me want to just curl up in my bed and sleep until November.
Except for the part where I'm REALLY excited about Halloween!!
So, halloween is definitely one of my favorite holidays, right up there equal with Christmas. I absolutely ADORE it. This year I'm going to 2 different parties. The first is this Friday, and its a Murder Mystery party for all the theatre kids. So we got our character assignments, and I'm Mrs. Lovett from Sweeney Todd! The even better part of that is that one of my best friends is Sweeney Todd, so I'm going to follow him around and we're randomly going to burst into song and such things. I practically live with him since he's my boyfriend's roommate, so we've been plotting. :) The second party is on Halloween night, the standard theatre house party. A group of us are going as characters from Alice in Wonderland, I'm the Cheshire Cat. So it should be fun. I'm doing some thrift store shopping tomorrow for fun costume things, since I'm pretty damn poor.
Anyways, I've GOT to go write my paper. And get some coffee. I hope you all have a fabulous day!

lonely late shifts
Alright! Happy Wednesday girlies!
And it is indeed a happy Wednesday here. I'll tell you why.
I have today off work!
I got a job at Outback Steakhouse. Oh my geeze. There is way more standing around and doing nothing than I had anticipated.
Good things about Outback
The food is delicious and I get half off
The people there are fairly decent
The music isn't half bad. They play Jason Mraz. I like that.
It's in walking distance- I don't have a car
I don't have to say "Would you like fries with that." No offense if you work a fast food job. I just don't want to say that.
Bad things about Outback
Standing by the door means you get cold
Even if you tell them not to put you on for close, they will. Apparently.
Get used to being called New girl/ New kid.
You have to smell delicious food during your shift and you may not touch it
sarcasm... and it's not mine. So It's not fun.
Oh well. I'm getting paid. I can't ask for anything else. Anyone else out there have some interesting work experiences? I'm all ears.
Oh! I also got a new computer this week. It's been kind of funky. I haven't been able to use it much til today. That's cause I go to school, from school I go to work, I get home at eight-eight thirty and Jeremy's [my brother] is working on it until it's my self proclaimed bed time.
But I'm using it today and it is glorious.
So today is my day off, and besides using it to type up my blog, I have to go do housework. It never ends! School, work, housework, homework. BAH! I'm going to be so out of it.
But! Next Wednesday I am going to be so excited because I get to go see The Academy is! Very awesome. They are beautiful gentlemen.
Sorry I've been lacking on comments. I'll try to do better this week, but I'm going to be way busy.
Kay, so have a great rest of the week, and an even better weekend!

I met Charlieissocoollike, Nerimon, Lianeandthemusic, John AND Hank Green, Maureen Johnson oh and CORBIN BLEU!!
And I have photographs to prove all of the above =] EXCEPT I tried uploading them up here and it didn't work so if you want to see pictures of me and charlie and alex and liane etc...Go over to my facebook account and it'll be under my album for Paper Towns =]
So the release party was AMAZING! CHARLIE AND ALEX SHOWED UP! Which was like wow. I was the first to realize and they both signed some stuff and left really cute messages=] and they signed the back of my phone haha! They sat right behind me which was also really cool =] And when I walked up to John to get my book signed he said "Hey Bengi! It's great to finally meet you!" And I was just speechless =] and Hank remembered me from the gathering this summer as did Maureen Johnson. Other famous people there were:
Cassandra Clare (Author, I SAW her but didn't get to meet her which was really upsetting cause I love her books)
Scott Westerfeld (Same as above)
David Leviethan (Same as above)
Also thehill88 was there..But I don't know who she is so ya =]
Then today walking back from school I met Corbin Bleu! =] ahhh
He was SO sweet. I really didn't expect it. So when I saw him I just kinda looked at him until it hit me and I was like Oh HEY! You're Corbin Bleu and he said "Haha, yes" And smiled and just stood there, then I said "Can I get a picture taken with you?" and he said "Of course" And we took the picture (which ended up being blurry cause my friend sucks!) and then while i was walking away I told him I couldn't wait to see the movie and then I started walking away and he said something but I couldn't hear it so then he grabbed my arm and said "Well, I hope that you enjoy it" And I smiled and walked away!! AH =] So nice, but I didn't know he was 19! He looks much older =]
So that's all I'm going to post because I have a 20 page reading on John Locke (stupid philosopher of some sort....)

where do you go to my lovely?
Hello darlings, the title is from one of my favorite songs (Where Do You Go To My Lovely by Peter Sarstardt) from one of my favorite movies (The Darjeeling Limited).
Today I feel happy and empty and sort of useless [it's my typical after-finishing-a-great-book feeling]
Today is awesome because I FINISHED PAPER TOWNS!
I got it at Borders on Thursday [Barnes and Noble didn't have it?!!!] and I basically read it through work and school and finished it last night at 2:30am. I cried a bit at the end...because that whole seeing people through the cracks thing is so true and amazing.
I seriously love John Green...and ahem when I meet him on NOVEMBER 3RD I will probably be near tears. I don't know, it's just like...to be able to meet someone who has written things that are so brilliant they make me cry or laugh or think. Ahh basically I'm gonna freak. Also Hank Green is amazing...but I don't think I'll almost cry, I'll probably just go superfangirl.
The only issue with this November 3rd thing is I have no one to go with...seriously...I'm kind of freaking out. Because either way I'm going...
eh. well. yeah.
BENGI - Oh man that is so amazing. Yet another reason to love John Green/you for being so completely made of awesome it has no scientific measurements.
MELISSA - Leanne won! I loved Kenley but Leanne's collection was like hellas pro. She's so cute. And I know you're goin through a rough patch, but trust life will go on.
LYSKY - Yay jobs?! I think you got the job right? Someone got a job...and posted something about it on myspace...maybe that was Melissa...eesh. But anywho your print was amazing and that pandora site is awesome.
CHELSEA - Chanel. Chanel. Chanel. Chanel. Louboutain. I love shoes and fashion. And red soles.
KAREN - Finger prints? That's kind of ....high tech? Also could you further explain mufti day? It sounds interestingggg.
MELISSA - I desperately, desperately want a Shakespearean Insult Mug...like literally it's going on my birthday/christmas list as I type.
Alright so more on Paper Towns and John Green. There is a playlist for the book and it's fantastic. I looked up most of the songs and my favorite artists on it are the Mountain Goats. They're very...my type of music. I'm a totally folk kid at heart so I bought one of their CD's and snagged a few of their songs off their myspace. I've been singing Dance Music all week long. I think it shall be my lipsync video...which I promise I will also have for next post. :D
Right now life is pretty damn good. School is a little rough, I'm pulling mostly B's at the moment but I still have another quarter to pull them up. I took the P-SAT this week and it was surprisingly easy. I didn't have too much trouble with anything except maybe the math...but oh well I guess I don't need to worry until I take the real thing.
Which brings me to college...right now I have one college that I can most likely get into/afford (University of Missouri-Columbia, affectionately known as Mizzou), two that I could possibly get into if I maybe had some loans or partial scholarships (Loyola University in Chicago and Ryerson University in Toronto Canada), and two that I would love to go to except that I do not have enough money and am probably not smart enough to go to (NorthWestern University in Chicago and Columbia University in New York City.
I want to major in Journalism and minor in Graphic Design because eventually my goal is to be a major part of a magazine, hopefully writing a few articles and helping design the layout and such. The only issue is the most journalism jobs and internships are in cities, and the colleges in cities are rather expensive.
Ahh well basically I stress out over these things...but thankfully I have at least one whole year before it becomes a major huge issue.
Other than that...I am all caught up on Ugly Betty and I think Gio looks super adorable in the newest episode! :DDD I am glad that Leanne won Project Runway but I still think Kenley did a stellar job. House is gooood I missed Wilson. Gossip Girl is weird....it's very back and forth with Serena and Blair and Dan and Nate and Chuck. The Office is okay... And I am about to start reading Suite Scarlett by Maureen Johnson just in case by some fantastic twist of fate she happens to come with John and Hank.
Alrighty well much love. I leave you with this awesomeness:
