(Title from Forrest Gump, which I am going to watch on Channel 4 at 9 ;D Like incase you ever wanted to know, lol).
I don't have much to write about, to be honest, and I don't feel like making you listen to me ranting.
Greek Mythology Question
I don't really know many Greek Myths. So I'd like to be Pandora's Box.
Ooohhhh. Yes, and I finished Twilight last Saturday. It was okay, but I didn't particularly like/hate it. Yeah. The girl I usually sit next to (due to alphabetical surnames) is forcing me to buy the second book (which, of course, I have forgotten the title of. I think it's New Moon.)
And LACROSSE IS SO FUNNY. But my mouthguard hurts so bad because I lost my old one, and the school nurse sells them, and they hurt and kill you. Note that I'll be saying "LACROSSE IS SO FUNNY." every week. This is because I have Friday. Friday is lacrosse day. I don't really care that I'm not like uber awesome at it. It's just fun.
And also, this 12 year old* (or lower fourth) asked me "So how are you finding thirds?" (11 years old; the school year/grade you are in when you first join secondary school). And I was like "..I'm not a third. I'm an upper fourth (14 y/o)," with this appalled face. And she was like "Ohh." I mean, has that ever happened to any of you? I was just like "...yeah,", not only because I fail at conversing, but also because I was offended to be called a third.
* - I'm just going to use age because I don't think anyone in the US understands the English education system, no offence.
And here are some random lists, because I feel I haven't written enough
Last thing I dropped: A blue torch
Things I lost this week (Friday to Friday): A bracelet I made when I was eight, my good luck teddy from a friend, mouthguard, about five hair ties, a pair of scissors, chips from lunch (I just have to drop something at lunch apparently)
Homework I have for the weekend: English, Maths, French, Latin, History
Number of toes I have: 10. Hopefully.
Things that have made me want to stab something this week: Friend trying to annoy me, losing my mouthguard, Jane Eyre (How am I meant to know why Bronte called Helen Burns "Helen Burns" minus the fact her hair is red?!), Charlotte Bronte (See before), My German teacher (I'd stab her), my Maths teacher (I'm surprised he hasn't drowned with the crazy amount of hairgel he uses).
Things that have made me laugh hard this week:
1. Katharine (the same person who's going to make me read "Twilight 2"): Look, it says she bled warm blood in The Red Room. What does that tell us?
Me: IT TELLS US SHE'S ALIVE. OKAY?! OKAY, LET'S WRITE DOWN "JANE IS ALIVE." (That's really random but we couldn't stop laughing for so long).
2. Hearing my friend from my old school missed her double DT lesson (two hours) because she thought school was over. Like she thought it was the end of the day.
3. Katharine: You're actually good at lacrosse. I mean, you spin like *woosh*
That made me laugh because 1. Apparently I'm a hurricane now, and 2. I'm not good at lacrosse.
[Trivia: "Hurricane" comes from the word "Huracan," the God of wind or something]
4. A guy goes to the shop and buys 10 neutrons. He asks the shopkeeper, "How much are these?" He replies, "No charge." Ba dum dum pish. Credits to my physics teacher.
5. I don't know how much of a druggie you all are, but I really like the smell of burnt out matchsticks (the smoke stuff that comes off it). So during Chem, my friend kept burning them. As in like seven matchsticks.
Just one other thing, if you like photography, check out Steve Double. Did I write that last week? I really have no idea what mess I right out here. FORGIVE ME :(
I'm slightly high on tea btw.
And thank you for the birthday wishes!
I'm sorry it's been such a messy blog. I WANT TO WATCH FORREST RUN :D
P.S. I purposely haven't replied to anyone's blog entries this week. Do you prefer replies or no replies?
Kay. Bai
Edit: Oh. I forgot to explain the title. Because that's what everyone says on a Friday afternoon.

I looove the smell of burnt matches. I don't smoke or anything, but I'll light candles with them instead of lighters just because it smells way good.
Don't worry about being mistaken as younger than you are. Happens to me ALL the time. Like earlier this week. "Are you a freshmen [14]" "No.I'm a senior [17]" "Why haven't I seen you before?" "Ouch... I remember you." or later that day. "Hey, Alyssa, are you a freshmen?" "Uhm, nope, senior. Why?" "Well my friends were talking about you and they said you were a freshmen, and I said No, she's got to be a junior [16]" which freaked me out because A- I have no idea who this person is to begin with, so it was strange that she knew my name and started a conversation with me, and B- her friends were talking about me. And calling me an underclassmen. Strange? Yes. I do think so.
